I gave it a 2 because it says new and when I finally had to use it and opened it a page had been torn and glued back together very poorly btw..I like the fact though that it came with the CD and was in a closed package...
Im happy with the price and it arrived fast and it was brand new only thing it could use better packaging but other than that no complains im happy with my puchase. Would totally buy from here again if i had too.

but this company did an outstanding job of facilitating the return of the book..............I cancelled it by e-mail within a few hours of ordering it, they responded and said all was good with not shipping it, but it slipped through the loops and was shipped anyway, when contacted the company paid for the return postage and had me use the return system.....so after a move from Colorado to Utah was accomplished (reason for canx) and getting time to get it to the post office again.......it was returned ,,,,,,and a weeks or two later the refund was posted to my credit card..................so 5 weeks and all was fixed up........
I was so excited to find the CD insode the cover of the book. IT's overall condition was satisfactory and there was little or no writing or highlighting insode the book, overall great condition for used.
This is an excellent training manual. I highly recommend it. BE SURE that you buy it NEW and NOT USED!!! Some of the used copies don't have all the pages or the training DVD.

The book is okay however the description said the book would be free from writing and highlighting...it was not. there was writing on almost every page. I was quite disappointed.
