Very handy for MT4 users who want to start off or deepen their strategy coding skills. I have started MQL4 coding on my own, if I had this book from the beginning it would have saved me quite few days. Even though I can code a strategies on intermediary level , for me it was useful to see how others might solve a given problem (sometimes much simpler than me).
I wanted to have a simple friendly guide to coding in MT4, to evaluate codes I receive from professional developers and to understand some concepts and equip myself with vocabulary that would allow to articulate proper scope for my requirementsThis is just it.
This is one of the very few books that can help people with no/limited MT4 programming experiences start to write their own EA from scratch. The author also offers downloads from his website for most of the examples he used in the book, which I find extremely helpful. By reading the explanations of these example EA's and the codes, I can understand the codes a lot more clearly.
Does exactly what it says on the can! This is very simple and easy to follow coding book. Very clear instructions that even I , a complete novice on coding could follow. Even coded my first \ea and it worked first time. Awesome feeling when that happens. Yep if you're looking to code your first EA and have no idea how to go about it , this is the book for you. Absolutely loved it!!
