This is a great book for all of you who are learning about retirement plans for the first time or like me, a seasoned professional, looking to have a guide I can always refer to at any time with any question. Great book! I'm glad they updated the book for PPA 2006!
Hey, it's a textbook. If you need it, then it's what you need and no substitute will do. As far as general knowledge goes, I found supplementing this with a couple of YouTube videos on specific subjects greatly increased my comprehension. Yes, it's as dry as the subject matter but it's understandable and I passed both my CEBS exams on the first try.
I ordered this book for my wife for a class she is taking. Athough I choked when I found out how expensive these were I was much more relaxed when I found this one used at considerable savings. Book arrived quickly and in good shape. Thanks for the honest service.
