My review is of the Kindle edition. This is a great book, but don't buy the Kindle edition. Get the paperback.Pros:-This is the gold standard book on the topic from a very thoughtful author who communicates a dry subject in an interesting an informative way.Cons:-The appendix is NOT included. The description doesn't tell you this. The appendix is a quick reference guide for emergencies. The appendix is one of the most useful parts of the book.-The tables are scanned at too low of a resolution and are unreadable for me (using the Kindle app on a Windows RT tablet)

New edition is more concise with updated info. Great reference book for any office settings. Blue boxes are easy to find and contain the "in a nutshell" info on any topic. Must have!

Very good book. It was just what I needed for my class.

Well written & easily understood

Authoritative

Great

Malmed has been the standard for a lot of years, but the book has become dated. The research data is old and the presentation of the material could be better. There are better books out there.
