This book is full of information. If you need to learn how to help a hospital submit claims to insurance companies and Medicare, this book will show you how. Unfortunately, the writing is terrible. The way the author expresses his points is hard to follow. Here's just one example, taken from chapter 8: "Once an episode is opened on the Common Working File (CWF) with the processing of a RAP." This isn't even a sentence. Plus, I don't know what happens once an episode is opened on the CWF with the processing of a RAP. Of course, the right sentence could be, "An episode is opened on the CWF with the processing of a RAP." These kinds of sentences show up regularly throughout the book. Another weakness: the chapter on the Affordable Care Act sounded more like propaganda than analysis. A couple of times I read that if a person likes his current plan he can keep it, which is not part of the law and has proven to be a colossal lie told to sell the Act to the voters. CNN called this the biggest political lie of 2013. The author here, writing in 2015, writes as if that's exactly what happened.

Decent information, but fairly poor writing. Plenty of mistakes and grammatical errors. The reading doesn't flow well and is void of any good examples to teach the concepts. The chapters could be organized better so that the information presented made a bit more sense.

This book has lots of useful information, but SO MANY SPELLING AND GRAMMAR ERRORS. Probably about 15% of the book makes absolutely no sense.

Exactly what I needed. Quick and cheap.
