Boils down all the trivia an random facts that textbooks like to give and very neatly summarizes important metabolic pathways.No mechanisms, so if you are looking for a summary of those, this is not your book.Unfortunately doesn't cover protein and amino acid metabolism and lacks detailed information about nucleotide metabolism.All in all, though, if you are looking for something to quickly summarize the most important points of metabolism, go for this book. Recommended.
