This is a good for a text book. It can help you to understand basic chemistry of peptide synthesis. It doesn't tell you the detail procedure about how to synthesis peptide. You have to buy some books such as "Fmoc-peptide synthesis" if you are really working on peptide synthesis and need step-by-step procedures for synthesizing different type of peptides.
