Did not come with the "free" web access card/number to be able to use the online version of the book; of which all the end of chapters quiz answers are located. The book its self is in good condition, but really is only have a book without the web access code. The book suggests there would be a access code inside, but it was either taken out, or forgotten to have been placed inside.
This textbook breaks down diseases and PFT's very very well. The questions are bit tedious where you really have to read the sections but overall it's a helpful text.
Wish I could return bought new n now I need an access code n didn't come with one n it was new ...disappointing
