I love this book - compared to other Biomechanical books that I've read - it gives you the detail information that you are looking for to really start using the biomechanical concepts to improve your movements.
A very well written text, easy to read and up to date. I would recommend it for anyone in the health care field (or really any field) who has an interest in understanding the mechanics of the human body. Its strengths are its clarity and the clinical applications it provides. Exceptional book overall.
